Effective October 23, 2026. This policy explains how Simula Pro handles information in the Psychology Law iOS app and on simulapro.us.
Psychology Law iOS app
The app saves the candidate name you enter and recently used question identifiers on your device to support exam practice. The app does not send those details or exam answers to Simula Pro servers. The app does not include advertising or analytics SDKs. Apple processes in-app subscriptions through StoreKit; Simula Pro does not receive your payment card details from the app.

When you use a website account, order feature, or contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your email address, account and order details, and messages, to provide the requested service and respond. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Essential browser storage may be used to keep an account session working.
How information is used and shared
We use information to operate the website, provide access and support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Service providers receive information as needed for those functions. Apple handles purchases made through the iOS app under Apple's own privacy practices.
Retention and choices
Information is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, handle requests, secure the site, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion of website account information by emailing [email protected]. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for security and transaction records. You can remove locally stored app data by deleting the app, subject to iOS backup settings.
